The complexity of health care as well as a decline in the quantity of primary care doctors have led to a rise in the demand for nurses who are family doctors. They aid patients in fighting severe and persistent ailments. They evaluate patients’ bodies and perform tests and diagnostic procedures. Family nurse practitioners take care of patients individually from the time of infancy until maturity. Thus, they keep an exact medical record of the patient’s state and can quickly treat their health. In addition, they help patients in understanding their medical issues and can take the necessary steps to aid in recuperation. The role of a nurse for families is becoming the norm. More than 50 percent of registered nurses are employed in the role of family nurses (Auerbach 2012).
